Exercises and oral motor planning and movement patterns to help create an oral environment in which functional processes of orofacial and dental growth and development can take place and be maintained.
Sensory motor and sensory processing feeding disorders in children and adolescents. Maybe your child has limited food preferences AKA a "picky" eater (ie, only eating salty crunchy crackers or puree foods) or a child with difficulty advancing through the stages of feeding (chewing, swallowing, managing)?
As a Hanen certified therapist, birth through three years of age is an area of expertise for Katie. Learning to communicate in the most natural environment through play and music should be functional and fun!
Whether you are new to speaking English as a second language or an experienced communicator in English, accent modification and vocabulary development can help refine your communication.
Social skills addressed in a small group, fun and natural "club like" setting. Your child may learn to take turns, accept losing, play cooperatively, communicate in conversation, follow a plan and make friends. Groups offered for a variety of ages and developmental stages.
